Before becoming a Massage Therapy student at Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies, Jessica spent her days as a pharmacy assistant — helping people, but always feeling like something was missing. She wanted more than handing someone a prescription; she wanted to be part of their healing. That desire led her to massage therapy, where she now focuses on the nervous system and guiding clients out of the chronic stress of fight or flight. For Jessica, her space is a place where everyone belongs — CEOs and cashiers, nurses and neighbours. She is a proud mom, a devoted New Girl fan, and if you spot a Manitoba plate that reads “itsjess,” that’s her.
